Senior Business Development Manager
Frogster America Inc. currently seeks a candidate to work in business development for online games, directly reporting to senior management. As a key member of the leadership team, the Senior Business Development Manager will build and advance the company’s business development and help to grow the user base for the company’s product portfolio. Candidates must demonstrate strong ability to think independently and strategically and should be knowledgeable of the online gaming industry in the U.S.

Salary: Depends on Experience

Tasks:
- Responsible for all Business Development activities at Frogster America
- Planning and realization of strategies to grow the user base and strengthen the market position of the company
- Responsible for acquisition of partners (marketing partnerships, media co-operations, digital distribution and OEM partners etc.)
- Improvement of existing business development activities as well as introducing new ideas and concepts
- Build-up of affiliate partnerships
- Close coordination with the Marketing and PR team
- Communicate with Marketing & PR teams on local strategies, partnerships, challenges, and incorporate global strategies into local plans
Profile:
- A minimum of 3 years experience in either the online games industry or business development. Experience in both areas is highly preferred
- Possess great creative energy and ability to generate and execute on ideas
- Sales-driven personality with the ability to drive business
- Strong project management and communication skills
- Self-driven, results oriented, innovative and positive outlook
- Strong verbal and written communication skills and the ability to lead teams, advocate proposals to senior management and organize business initiatives is essential
- Desire to grow with our company and thrives in a start-up environment. Candidate must be able to meet opportunities and take on challenges with enthusiasm.
- Ability to optimize spends based on both short and long term goals
